Good job. Good prices. Recommendations for my truck well founded.

I chose "Lex Brodie" to repair my Toyota AC system after viewing "Repair Pal" rating web page. Customer service is very good, but cleanliness and workmanship needs work. I had to return two additional times for rework which cost me additional time and expense. The front interior carpet ,and parts of the door panel and passenger seat were left dirty, not the same condition prior to service.

Customer service was excellent, people were very attentive.

Service was good. However, it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation when I was originally told it would take 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours max.

Very satisfied with customer service

Recently, I had to take my car in for a battery replacement and then an oil change. The lady that took my call was very helpful and stated that they could get the battery from the Queen Street location. She told me that she would call me when the battery arrived later that day which she did. I went in shortly thereafter and to my surprise took my car in right away and replaced the battery. I had to change my oil this past weekend and again took my car there. The car was done even before I had expected it to be. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences there and I'm very pleased with the service.

Service was completed on car & it was parked for pick up. Girls at counter were "talking story" while I stood there waiting for my bill and did not check until I asked.
