Ferdinand, the first in line, was there to explain the details on what needed to be done since I am one of those who is clueless when it comes to cars. For many of years, I've come to trust Ferdi and the crew with whatever car issues that occurs. I haven't gone anywhere else. It's a comfortable, family oriented, and reliable crew. I still have my car (thanks to them) and anytime I have a problem, the staff there fills me in their tight schedule and gives me constant feedbacks. I love how they make me feel welcomed and at eased. They are an amazing staff that I like to call "unsung heroes". Highly recommended

Excellent service. I had planned on getting tires somewhere else but the size I needed wasn't in stock. Lex Brodie's had the tires that I needed, at a better price. Quick same day service for a set of tires and an alignment, in less time than I spent trying to find tires somewhere else. I'm sorry I wasted my time looking anywhere else than Lex Brodie's.

Make sure they put a new safety check sticker on your car when you get a safety check! I went here for a safety check on an apparently busy Monday morning without an appointment, only to come back for the next available appointment four days later. No issues with the safety check, but shortly after I got home, the receptionist called me and told me that they accidentally put my safety check sticker on the wrong vehicle and asked me to come back with so they could apply the correct sticker. This was an easily preventable mistake on their part and very annoying and inconvenient for me.

Staff was courteous and quick to complete service.

This review should have been done several years ago but after passing by the location recently and discussing it with someone I felt that Mr. Brodie would have been very unhappy with the service we received. My husband brought in his truck for an ac recharge. We had a coupon for the special and told the person who assisted us that we know the ac is leaking but we wanted to take advantage of the good deal on the recharge coupon. When we went back to pick up the truck, the person assisting us said that we had a leak so he did not recharge it (did not do anything). We already mentioned that we knew that the ac had a leak when we brought it in and even told them about it. Anyway, we had to pay about $100.00 for doing nothing and the person helping us was very rude. It seems like he was in a rush to go home and watch the super bowl game at that time. After that, we never went back to Lex Brodie Pearlridge again. We ended up going to Firestone and they provided us with better service and prices.
