Everything went very well. I got two new tires and had a safety check done. Actually done faster than promised so that was a pleasant surprise. Always outstanding service at Lex Brodies in Waipahu.

Took 2 cars in for wheel alignment. Easiest way to make an appointment was online, when I checked my car in my name popped up in their computer. Super fast, no hassle. Everyone there is super friendly.

This place is awesomeness.. A+ all the way from the start to the end .. When we arrive there for my appointment and immediately a person come over , greeted me and ask for my information without making me have to wait .. She dropped what's she was doing and come over to assist me right away .. She give me a estimate times will be done with my vehicle tires and safety check.. About a hours and half .. I receive a phone call that my vehicle tires and safety check is done .. When I come back to the shop , everyone's greeted me and knowledges me .. At the cashier area .. the lady was very friendly. She explained about the warranty on my new tires and answered all my questions that I asked.. I spend $940 for 4 sets tires and safety check .. Overall , my experience is Awesomeness.. The staffs didn't seem be irritated at all .. They take their times and say hello or hi to me even they 're very busy doing their job.. I would say bye bye to Costco tires shop This place is to go place for me now .. I definitely come back at again ..

Service was awesome! My tire pressure light came on at 9:15am while I was on a driving instruction session. Completed driving session then headed straight to Lex Brodie Waipahu. Got there at noon, was told the wait was going to be 2hrs so went to get something to eat. I arrived back at 1:05pm and as I stepped in the office the service person was literally calling my phone. Tire repaired and ready to go by 1:10pm! Customer service at it’s best…..Much Mahalos

It's never a good thing when you need to bring your car into a repair shop but Lex Brodie's in Waipahu lessened the horrible feeling of having a flat tire. I had a slow leak one of my tires and wanted to get it plugged/patched. I scheduled an appointment with Lex Brodie's Waipahu and they found the nail and had it plugged for about $32 (I have 19' wheels). Note: you can do walk-in with no appointment but you will likely have to wait over an 1.5 hours as they will squeeze you in when they can between appointments. Fast forward a week after I had my tire plugged, the same tire was showing signs of a slow leak again. I was worried they either 1) didn't address the issue the first time around or 2) the tire had gotten worse due to the previous damage and will need to be replaced. I called Lex Brodie's and they said to come in. They gave it a check and apparently there was as second nail on the same tire...what are the chances!!! Lex Brodie's went ahead and plugged that hole. I was ready to pay for the service but they said not to worry about it because it was on the same tire as a week ago and it wouldn't make sense for me to pay twice since it might've been missed during the last repair. That's great service right there. If you ever need your tires repaired and are on the this side of the island, I recommend coming here to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu.

Waipahu Lex Brodie's, lead salesman Mr. John Kelly, has superb customer service worked with my budget n was still cheaper then Costco & Sam's Club! Couldn't believe the friendly service that Lex Brodie's still has! They haven't changed their customer care values and satisfaction one bit. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I am alays treated like family at Lex Brodie's Waipahu. Kekoa the manager keeps things moving , is always personable, professional and competent, taking time to answer questions while juggling the busy schedule in front of him. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have taken this same car there for 22 years so they know her and take good care of her. Waipahu Lex Brodie's and Kekoa's team is the best!
