Went to Lex Brodie's to get a battery told The manager. Year model of my car for a battery basically he brush me off and told me that I had to get the group number for the battery because there's multiple batteries for that year. Went to firestone right down the road told him the same thing they looked it up on the computer and gave me a battery that was fits my car. Just want to say just because you're busy you will lose customers by brushing them off like you do.

Lex Brodie's is the best Tire Shop that I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. Today I did not have an appointment and our shop is so busy right now I hadn't tried to make an appointment at the same time I had been having to put air into one of my rear tires daily well I had a small job across the street from the Waipahu Branch and stopped by Koa was my rep and he got me fully handled the best part as I was cleaning and packing up my tools I get a call from Koa that my Truck was ready. Talk about Perfect Timing as always AAAAA +++++ Service

Excellent service from receiving the phone quote to visiting them in person for service. Clean waiting area with all the amenities that you need while you wait. Area was sectioned off to abide by CDC distancing to reduce risk. Very professional...

Clean, quick fix for tire damage. Did extensive checks to see if could plug and did great job of explaining why tire needed changing...definitely good safety recommendation. Tire change in literally twenty minutes even though drop in service. Great job overall!
