Excellent “customer focused” service from the initial phone call to completion of the appointment.

I’m hoping that this is an isolated incident since I have been bringing vehicles to Lex Brodie’s for at least 3 years. It took me 2.5 hours for a scheduled safety check. I had another customer check in for an oil change at the same time that left at least 60” before I did. They did dress my tires though, so that was cool. I’ll continue to go there because of the convenience of scheduling appointments, and the vicinity of the shop. I’m just hoping it was an isolated incident.

Although I only had a flat repaired Les Brodie treated with excellent customer service. I will always be coming to Les Brodie for my tire needs.

Very Pleasant Experience

Slow leak. Drove in and they fixed it relatively fast even though they were busy. Great service. Always buy our tires at Brodie's. Thanks!

Since purchasing new tires back in 2017, I knew this place would be my go to shop whenever I need tires. Customer service was great. I called in hours before closing on a Sunday and they still squeezed me into their schedule. Without sounding unprofessional or tired to do it last minute. My second visit was still the same for my other vehicle. Excellent service, fast easy scheduling and friendly workers. Lex Brodie’s at the Waipahu location will be my go to tires shop from now on. I needed to have some work done on my new to me vehicle and called around for appointments. I googled what needed to be done for the mileage on my vehicle and began calling around. Service wanted $190 for the 15000 mike service on my 2014 Prius V. These guys were $120. They were booked but told me I could drop off the vehicle and they would get to it when they had time. They finished the job by Lunch. Very happy with the level of service here and I will continue to use them in the future. It's not only about the savings I pick a place that goes out of their way to help you and that's exactly what the friend staff over here does. This isn't the first time I've been happy with this place. I think they checked the tires on my wife's vehicle once and another time they patched the tire. They don't try and take advantage of people. Great service and company.
