Fast service and affordable

This was our first time going to Lex Brodie's and we called because of the good reviews here on yelp. Then we spoke to Brian Arzadon from this Waipahu location and he was so helpful that I decided to give them a try and set an appointment. It was fast, thorough and painless when we went to check our van in. Turned it in at 730am to our brake rotors checked out. By 830am they had it evaluated and Brian gave us a call to let us know every little detail that would be worked on and we decided to get it all done. Believe me, they were all much needed from new air conditioning filters, some billowing belt cap thing (i am automobile illiterate...sorry) and my tires were splitting. I have run my poor van to basically rattles and shimmies and all kinds of bad things...so Brian was not exaggerating. He did everything possible to get us the deepest discounts and I am truly grateful. With all that needed to be done it was done quickly and thoroughly. We were called a little after 12pm for pick-up. Again, pick-up was a breeze and paid even less than what was quoted. My van has never felt better and at 11 years old, it drives and handles like a brand new van. Outstanding service. I needed my tires changed today because I found out last minute I have to ship my car out and it wouldn't pass inspection. All the other tire shops I called asking if I could get in the same day laughed at me. These guys were able to do same day service AND were cheaper than others. I usually go somewhere else for car service and I would always dread going there because the girl at the front desk was always the same one working and always had an attitude, looked at me like I was dumb, spoke to me like I was dumb, and rolled her eyes a lot. The customer service here was outstanding and will be going here again in the future if I ever move back to Hawaii.

Very friendly service. I didn’t want to say anything but after waiting for close to 2 1/2 hours, I needed to let the front desk know that my car was done & tagged. I wanted to leave already😕

Very thorough. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and how much it wad going to cost me.

Good service and nice waiting room with television. Only problem is that I waited almost 3 hours for a safety check!!!
