The Waipahu team is fantastic. I go there for all my tire and brake needs. My most recent experience was irritating NOT because of them, but because of my events. I had a blowout on the H1 took my car in for a new tire, unfortunately my rim was cracked, was given a couple recommendations of where to take it. Rim couldn't be repaired, ordered new Rim online. Took it in to my favorite Lex Brodie store because they always seem to have my tire size in stock, only to find out I ordered the wrong rim. I felt bad because they had already put the tire on the rim, he felt bad for me cause it didn't fit and he had to out the donut back on. I eventually got it all worked out, but the Waipahu Lex Brodie store provides the best customer service. Thank you all.

Got my other two tires replaced after my tire mishap a month ago. The entire staff was efficient and friendly, got me matching tires and made sure I was all set for my next oil change and tire rotation!

So I went there to get my tires routed with no appointment. The girl that checked us in said it would be an 2 hour wait, but they were fast it was maybe an hour of that tops. Great people and fast service!
