Your staff is always extremely professional and friendly, which is so difficult to find nowadays! Lex Brodies Waipahu is our "go to" for all of our non-warranty repairs. They provided a temporary fix while we awaited for our part to arrive, and even offered to do it again the following week when it was discovered that the part hadn't been ordered.

Staff at Waipahu are very friendly and helpful over the phone and in-person. Prices are good and the customer service representative applied some discounts which were helpful.

Recommended by my daughter-in-law for good service and quality work - had small surprise when alarms had not cleared but ended up being minor issue. However certainly will continue to be a customer with this store

Got email notice time to rotate tires. Stopped in on 26 May because I was driving by and decided to chance a walk in. Was told there would be a 2 hr. Wait so I asked to make an appointment for Sat 27 May. Receptionist told me I could come in at 1130. I asked how much it would be and was told free if I bought tires there. I explained I did not but that Lex Brodie put the new tires on my rims, balanced them, and did a front end alignment. So she said it would cost $20. Went for the rotation and was told because they were 32" tires it would cost the "special" rate of $136! Now I can understand a price increase but to go from $20 to $ 136 is ridiculous. 7 times the quote! Are there no men at the shop that can lift those tires? I am 60 and can lift them so why the big difference in price? Seems to me people at Lex are afraid to work for a living and if there is a little effort involved with unreasonable costs. At any rate I wasted my morning for nothing. Now I will have to look else where or do it myself. Never again!
