Lex Brodies has always been the best place to take my car as far back as the "90s...they are fair and honest with all my repairs and the only place for tires...

Outstanding service. I had a flat that when I brought the car in it was taken care of in a very timely manner. In fact one of the young tech's found a leak in another one of my tires I had been complaining about since I bought the car in 2004. I had expressed I thought it was a cracked rim on every visit, including the dealer over a 13 year period. This young man took the time to look at the mounted tire seriously. He found a crack on the inside of the rim, now to fight Buick to get a new rim.

I scheduled my appointment online yesterday (printed all my paperwork) appointment was for 8:30am for Waipahu location. Arrived, I was greeted by your friendly staff. My appointment wasn't there, but I showed my printed paperwork (which wasn't a problem). They helped me out, showed me the waiting room and within an hour my tire was fixed. This was my very first experience with Lex Brodie and due to this "WoW" factor, I will be back! I will let my husband know. Thank you to your Team!

When I first got here, and this was my first time coming here, didn't really know where to go, so I waited outside by the bay area, only because I seen one of the front desk employees helping someone on the computer outside, so I figured that's how I check-in. However, the mechanic with the beanie on said "Oh, just go in that way" and showed me where to go, instead of letting me just stand outside like an idiot. Haha. It was such a minor thing but I appreciated it cause he was cool about it, and braddah had plenty aloha. I just want to say that these guys are good and know the meaning of customer service. My car had a leak from a plug I did myself and I was in and out in an hour. I will be coming back here again for other services one day. There is a reason why these guys been around for a long time and I can see why. Mahalo Lex Brodie's.

I thought they were timely with their assessment of the issues with my vehicle. The listened to what I wanted them to do and their were no surprise charges on my invoice. I thought they were expensive, but sometime we don't get the opportunity to research and shop around.
