leialoha santos was wonderful in helping me out with my "tire problems" on my 2007 toyota van on july 23, 2024. lex brodie waipahu is very lucky to have her as an employee. i have dealt with leialoha many times when making my car service appointments she has a "local girl" approach when talking to this 75 yr old kupuna. because of leialoha and "all" the employees i have interacted with over the years at lex brodie waipahu...i do most of my car care needs there and tell all my family and friends to support this local small business. mahalo...elaine r.

I was serviced by "Blossom" who provided great customer service. The appointment was made without any problems and on the morning of check in I was serviced in a timely manner. My vehicle with 4 new Michelins was ready for pick up quicker than the estimated time window. I have found that the dealership has always provided fair pricing and great service. Tires could be purchased "on line" for a cheaper price but there is no comparison to the value provided by Lex Brodie's with their follow up service.

If you like waiting for a long time then get comfortable...I came in for one tire change and came in at 6:30am and currently its 9:20am ...just watching my vehicle in bay parking until it starts getting worked on.other then that the peoples communication is perfect and service but the waiting I can't agree with...the waiting room is full and half the people are asleep or watching a movie.i dont see alot of movement with the mechanics they must be over worked or just payed by the hours...they should be payed with commision they might be motivated more.i value my time and sitting here reminds me of a nursing senior citizens home...don't expect to be in and out...be prepared to wait 2-4hours.
