I was greeted right away. There were a couple of misunderstandings about what my service was to be. It was just tire inspection, balancing, and rotation. Somehow, service people kept thinking there was a Safety Check or brake inspection involved. Service time was given as about 1-1/2 hours and I was to be called when service was complete. I got a call a bit earlier than 1-1/2 hours and picked up car without a hitch. All service people were courteous.

Everything was great except that it seems that they don't do trailer tires?? I said I need a tire fixed, they said no prob. I brought it in (drove out from north shore) then I mentioned the word trailer and they sounded like they wouldn't do it... If there is a no trailer policy. They should be clear about that any time someone says they need 'a tire' fixed...

I had a flat early this morning so I had my son and brother remove the spare, thinking I could just take it to the closest tire place (Goodyear) and get it fixed. No - was told it would take 3 hours. Called Lex Brodie & was told they could help me out. I drove to Waipahu from Ewa Beach, explained my situation, was told it would take 1.5 hrs - they would call me. Figured I should go back home and have my brother put the spare on the car and return to LB to wait...I returned less than an hour - they had called (but had the wrong number). Explained the tire couldn't be repaired as it was punctured too close to the wall of the tire. The fact that they took the time, and got me out by 1pm was going above and beyond. Customer service was excellent and I appreciated the ladies and gent who took care of my car to explain what was going on! Need a tire fix??? Look no more!

Always great service at this location. Their prices are very fair and they do not try to sell you on services you do not need. My car was suffering from unbalanced tires and a loose nut on my suspension that Midas had left me with. They rotated and balanced my tires and tightened the nut. Now my car drives with out vibrating above 60 mph!
