I had a great experience and would give you 5 stars, but you rating system doesn't allow me to!

When checking in it's somewhat redundant when you have to say why you're bringing your car in when you already gave a reason when making the appointment. Also if I already gave my contact info when I made the appt.why do I have to give it again when checking in? Don't you already have it in the system by now?

You folks did a great job. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Finished within minutes of promised time. Pleasure to deal with the folks at Lex Brodie's.

I live in town but I always go to this branch in Waipahu. The staff is very helpful and they explain to you everything that they do. This is important for people like me who don't know a lot about cars. Leimomi was really helpful in accommodating my requests aside from those I placed when I made the schedule online. I will surely come back at this branch if my car needs any tinkering.

On Monday 12 September I called Lex's to check on an appointment to have new tires, TMPS sensors and get an alignment conducted. The person answering the phone asked me a few questions and then stated can you bring you car in now as we currently have both personnel, time and resources to do what you need done. I got my car to Lex's at about 0900 and by noon I received a call my vehicle was complete, Safety Inspection was conducted and they had cleared the low pressure time light. To top all that off I received several discounts. Both the professionalism and personal touch was very pleasant, as in the pass Lex's came thru with outstanding results and at a reasonable price, it confirms why I do business at Lex's.
