Started working on my flat before I even finished my paperwork. Dont know about they customer service because I was in and out before I got any. Awesome. You don't have to be nice if you're fast. WILL go back for future repairs.

I had an appointment for 14:00 and didn't get out until 18:00. It was for an oil change! My car was on the rack for more than an hour before it got worked on. On top that, the coupon that I presented before work was started was rejected! It took them more than thirty minutes to read it and confer with associates from another store. I don't recommend this place and would have rated with zero stars if I was allowed to.

Someone had pointed out to me that my safety check was expired. To avoid any interaction with any popo's I decided to get it done ASAP! Being that it was a Saturday, I thought I'd swing by after I got off of work. It was 2:15pm when I got there and when the guy asked what I needed I told him that I need to get my safety check done. He looked at the clock and said that the guy that does it is leaving at 3pm so they can't do it. So he's saying that it'll take longer than 45 minutes to do a safety check. Was he serious?!? I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes to have my safety check done. This was the first and he was pretty rude about it. That's okay I'll just take my business elsewhere. There was a bunch of mokes working there anyway and they all looked pretty shady.

One of my tires had a leaky valve stem. Dropped my tire off, drove to the bank to take care of some other business, returned in 30 minutes and my tire was ready to go. Speedy service and the best thing was that it was FREE even though I didn't buy the tire from them! Everyone there was very nice and quick to help. I'll come back here for my next set of tires instead of the big box place.

I've been around since Lex originally set up shop. This place is a shell of their former glory. If you are getting tires, you'd probably be fine. But getting a safety check was a real ordeal for me and turned into a wait that lasted longer than an hour.

Friendly people, good and speedy service. Conveniently located and they get the job done.

I went to this location because I was lazy to drive to kaneohe. Let me say, I was really surprised. Only 1 car in the parking lot. chehoo. The service is really good. The salesmen were on it and helped me quickly ( they weren't helping anyone else). Very knowledgeable staff. My car only took little over an hour.yeah. I asked the guys if it's always this slow. Reply" most of the time". So if anyone needs work done, remember this shop. Thank you very much. p.s. I failed to mention that this was a Saturday morning.
