The quality of work and price is good. The problem is with their published expected repair times which is quite inflated to benefit themselves and not the customers. They do part of the repair and put your vehicle on the side for hours and then finish the work to come close to their published inflated expected times so they can say they meet the times, not considering the inconvenience of the customer. Not enough seats in the waiting room so customers have to stand while waiting on these inflated wait times.

Just came in to see about a set of tires. They had to get from warehouse and made an appointment for me that afternoon. When I came back they remembered my name. Was great customer service and good work. Glad there is a place still where they value good customer service. Doesn't take much really a smile a hello and thank you makes the world of difference

Took my car in this morning for a flat repair. It was busy but the wait was reasonable and well within the wait time quoted online. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. The young woman that cashed me out was courteous, friendly, and very professional. She thanked me for waiting (which was very important to me) and wished me a nice day. I didn't get her name but she has long brown hair and was working on Saturday, June 3, at 9:30 a.m. Excellent service!

I had to get several tires repaired this year. Both times I sought service with Lex Brodie's they were more than fair with the service they provided. I really appreciate their honesty and the work they did on my car. I trust their recommendations and I felt like I was given the best customer service.
