Aloha, I would like to start by saying that the team at Lex Brodie's Kalihi were very nice and helpful with the service to my 2013 Ford Focus. I brought it in with the intention of repairing a flat tire. I was later told that 3 of my tires needed to be replaced. I was not a happy camper, but was told that they would do their best to assist me. I got 4 new tires and had an alignment done. I was there for 2hrs. and could not believe not only the service I received, but the amount I paid. I expected to pay more. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. They not only do tire repairs, they have a list of other car services that I will be looking into.

Love the staff here! They're always very friendly and accommodating! My parents and I have been coming to this location for a long time. We trust these guys and they are very honest with us. Transparency is key and they have been that way with us since we starting coming here. No BS trying to make money off us. They explain things very well if I don't understand why something needs to be changed or fixed on my car. I only trust this place with my car.

They picked up the phone and just left it to the side. I was asking for assistance for 5 mins. When someone finally heard me they hung up. Worse customer service I have ever witnessed. I would leave no stars if it was an option.

So I have been doing business with Lex Brodie's since late fifties when my parents (military) took our vehicles there. But lately I was replacing tires and met Marcelo Llana in the service department and he really stands out in his interactions. Marcelo is efficient; communicating both timely and effectively in emails, his verbal communication skills are great and he is just a cheerful human. So I enjoyed both my encounters with Lex Brodie's Honolulu.

Again, as always, customer service is top notch, being greeted within seconds of entering, very friendly, I certainly appreciate the Aloha shown. So friendly. Although I came for a simple safety check, I felt confident leaving and feeling like my patronage is appreciated. I've always been a returning customer, and still will be.

Took the shop an entire 3 days to get my car back, and if I didn’t call in to request my car 30 mins before closing on the third day it would’ve been 4 days... They didn’t even have a quote for me until the 3rd day and the only reason I got it was because I called for the second time that day to check in on my car. No communication during the entire process, and it was all for some simple spark plug + ignition coil replacement, in which they quoted $960 for. Glad I got my car out of there and called them before they did anything to my car without asking me.
