check in was okay. but seemed they helped a lot of other people and until I went to the counter to check on my car (since it wasn't on the rack any longer), then I was told car was done. If I wasn't paying attention, I would have waited so much longer.

On February 24, 2021 I took in my 2001 Toyota Tacoma to have my rack and pinion to be worked on. As soon as I walked into the door they all greeted me with so much Aloha and wishing me a good morning! I asked them if they could call an Uber for me but they said we can call Enterprise for you to get a free rental car if I didn’t mind waiting for a few minutes. They Enterprise personnel arrived in about 30 minutes! Everything went smoothly even on the rental car side as well! When I went to pick up my truck, once again the Lex Brodie staff members were all very professional and so nice and explained to me what was done on my truck and a unexpected discount. Kudos to your entire staff and they are all an asset to your business. Mahalo for everything and I will be back for more repairs in the near future’ Sincerely, Darrell Izumi

Always very pleased with the service I receive at Lex Brodie's Kāne'ohe location! The employees are friendly & accommodating & offer suggestions to achieve the best solution for my vehicle service. Recently I realized my safety check would expire in a week! And as usual, I schedule an oil change & tire rotation at the same time. I called LB's to make an appointment but was told March 6 is the earliest appointment they have! Upon hearing my disappointment, the service provider (Rylan?) suggested I could drop off my vehicle ASAP the next day & they would try to fit in my service- but would probably take most of the day. Happy to be offered that option, I arrived half an hour after opening. Rylan made me feel welcomed as he wrote up my service invoice! Throughout the day I received text msgs re: the progress of services that were happening to my vehicle. This let me know which service was done, which service needed to be completed & where they were at time-wise. I then received a final report (both email & text) of all the completed services. Thankfully the technicians didn't find any problems & soon after I got a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up! Mahalo Lex Brodie's... I ~ "THANK YOU VERY MUCH!"

Fast service. Had a leaking tire. Got in at 7am without an appointment. All fixed in half an hour. Only $22. Friendly professional service.

Kudos to Service Advisor Kyle Arakaki and Technician Jasmin Alic for the prompt, professional, efficient and most of all the COURTEOUS service provided during the visit to rotate and balance my tires. Worked on the car immediately upon arrival at the scheduled time. The job was completed within the hour. Extremely happy and satisfied with the company and personnel at the Kaneohe location.
