My review of the Pearlridge Lex Brodies Tire Shop. Love the Online Appointment, I got the date and time for my service. I was able to select the tires I wanted. I like the text and email reminders / the text and phone call to pick up my vehicle when done. My appointment was at 10 am, and my service was finished at 12 noon. 30 minutes sooner than I expected. The office staff acknowledged me when I arrived. They answered all my questions, I will be back for more Professional Car Care from Lex Brodies. I support Local Businesses. Thank You Very Much. I had an alignment done on my car this past Sunday and was super impressed with the service! The technician started the work earlier than my scheduled appointment and was done very very quickly. She even spent some time explaining a technicality to me that I had inquired about.. 5 stars, no question!!

Quick, easy, and affordable! All the things I could ask for when it comes to expensive repairs to a car. I was trying to make an appointment online, but it said they were booked for the day. I decided to give them a call and they were able to fit me in! The person on the phone said I could come in at my earliest convenience today. I came to drop off my car and everyone was very welcoming! All the employees that walked past me while I was waiting in line assured that someone would be right with me. I appreciated that because most places, the employees would just ignore you since you're already waiting in line. The process to drop off your car was quick and efficient. I just needed to give the employee my car key and they said they would give me a call when they were done. I brought my bf with me so we just ran errands while the car was getting serviced. It was pretty quick - they gave us a call after about an hour. The total came out to a reasonable amount for two tires and a safety check. Overall, highly recommend this location!
