I always receive excellent customer service and I am always advised if there are any additional repairs that need to be completed. The work has a warranty and there are are no surprises. The overall costs from the basic oil change, tire rotation, etc. are more than reasonable and there are always specials. The rewards program is also a welcome surprise. Keep up the good work and I will continue to be a return customer!!!

My vehicle battery had to be jumped. I called and they told me that to bring the vehicle down and they would check it out. They ran their test and found nothing was wrong with the battery or anything else. My thought, just replace the battery which is approx 7 years old. The person helping me suggested that I take the vehicle to the dealership to have a diagnostic test done to be clear what the issue may be. I appreciated that the service person was looking at what was best for me, rather than making a quick sale. Maybe it's this type of integrity of the service people is why I am a thord generation loyal customer of Lex Brodies.

I've been a long time costumer of LB's at the Pearlridge location. I've always found their customer attention and overall work to be top notch. I like the feeling of leaving knowing you've gotten the best service and treatment. Here they definitely do not disappoint on the latter. Admittedly they fell short on service during a recent visit for reasons I will not elaborate. I privately addressed my concerns with the company on their oversight, to which I immediately received (within a day!) an apologetic email AND voicemail from one of the managers. He insisted my vehicle be brought back to address and remedy the work they initially did, which I did. I was met with the same friendly and apologetic tone from the manager himself, and he took my vehicle right away. There was absolutely no humbug or defensive tone whatsoever. It could've been from excellent training, but I'd like to chalk it up to just awesome Aloha on his/their part, something that has never been short of here. Needless to say, my truck feels and drives wonderfully. Faith in their product and service has been restored, and I will continue to return here and happily spend my hard earned money. They were awesome! I went in for a safety check and the workers were super friendly and helpful. Only took about 20 mins and they took me in early. Also, put air in my tires because they were a bit low, free of charge! Will definitely be coming back!

Gerard is the best! He provides the most amazing customer service that could be a model for the ideal customer service everywhere. All the staff there provide a high level of excellence. I trained for many years with a company who trains corporations to provide the highest level of excellent service, and Gerard and his team could write the book. They explain everything in an understsndable, respectful way. Been patroning Lex Brodie’s Kaneohe for years on the recommendation of a fellow HPD Officer friend of my husband’s whose wife is also a regular customer, and I recommend them to friends vigorously. I used to take my car to the dealership, who would overcharge me and not really fix what was wrong, and had constant problems. With Lex Brodie’s, my car runs like butter and I don’t have to spend a fortune for service, and as someone who is super busy, having my car running well is of the utmost importance. They also don’t keep your car forever, you can get in, get out in reasonable time frames, they’re really on the ball. They do solid work and are very knowledgable and I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service except for two minor things. 1: Little to long for update on progress. Only at end of day twice. Hard to plan days. 2: Problem with brake and traction light still coming on intermittently with warning alarm. Will call back on Monday. Other than that very good as always. The Lex Brodies location in Kalihi is the BEST! They are very accomodating, friendly, and very efficient. I missed getting the salesperson's name, but on our reciept it shows VH as the salesperson. Her customer service was exceptional from when we first walked in until the time the job was completed! We took our truck in to be serviced one day and went back a couple days later to get our other car serviced. I highly recommend the Kalihi location of Lex Brodies!

I was able to make an appointment for a time that worked for me. When I arrived, I waited for the service and was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. It was a very good experience for getting my safety inspection completed.
