Went in for a safety check and was serviced by Aka. Pleased with the fast and friendly service and the comfortable waiting area.

Flat tire repair.. could not find reason for flat tire so the labor to remove replace tire and rim using torque wrench for tightening lug nuts.. no charge..awesome. As a former tire repairman I know quality service when I see it.. highly recommend Lex Brodie... Ill definitely be back.

Really scary that I got a voicemail from "Charlie" and then an emailed invoice about a bmw I don't own being serviced today, with my name an address I have not lived at for 4 years. I did not service my car today. I do not own a bmw. I do not live at the address listed on the invoice. You would think that this company would check a valid for of ID and take the time to make sure they actually get the right customer's name and information... Hopefully whoever the customer really is got their car? Does not inspire confidence...

As usual, the service at Lex Brodies Aiea was outstanding, personable, and highly professional at the same time. It is hard to imagine better but it appears that the team strives to always be the best that it can be. I know that my vehicles are always in the best of hands. Keep up the great work.
