It took over 2 hours to patch my tire. They were busy that day.

So irritated, called yesterday to place my order for two bf Goodrich tires (woman also confirmed giving me a $30 discount) sent my mechanic there today's and they said they don't have it/now we need to go elsewhere to find replacement and very inconvenient. Bad experience and service not to mention inconvenience as well. Questionable for future service, if this is how they treat customers ;(

Went into Queen Street location and met Kevin Proctor. He gave me 5-Star Service at Lex Brodie's ! He was very helpful and even though I only knew my car make, year, and model, he was able to discern the proper tires and several options on price and mileage and calculating the best coupon savings and Black Friday specials on four Michelin tires. He exemplifies attentive and honest salesmanship that underscores the reputation of its founder - Lex Brodie - whereby this old Kamaina company has generations of satisfied and loyal customers. I got a good deal equal if not better than the large national warehouse chain in Iwilei and did not have to make any appointment but get the tires installed the same day! ***UPDATE*** Since my 2 star review: 1.Lex Brodie's have explained to me why I was able to reserve the wrong tires. They also apologized for the customer service I received at the shop. 2. Updated their website so that reserving the wrong tires is not possible. 3. Made good efforts to contact me to come in and purchase the correct tires. In order to make a fair review, I did not go back via their sales rep. I waited a couple of weeks, made an online appointment for a safety check, alignment, and oil change. After waiting in line for about 10 mins, I was greeted and they pulled up my info. I asked if an alignment was recommended, we went over looked at my tires and was told that, "you definitely need new tires to pass the inspection and recommend alignment" . (On my first visit the rep told me my tires were fine. I did the penny test prior to my first visit and was confident that at least the front tires need to be replaced. I only drove about 120 miles since then). This rep helped me find the tires I wanted, gave me a quote for all the work, applied some coupons and told me my van would be ready at around 2pm. Overall I am happy with the end result. My van came back with some oil marks on the drives side door, probably just from the crew. I will probably be going back again in the future. Would have been 5 stars if there wasn't issues the first time around.

Had a slow leak tire to fix, and I needed a safety check. Made an appointment at Lex. Got there a good 30 minutes early. I waited a good hour and 45 minutes for my car. I think it was a little to long of a wait, but they did a good job.

Shout out to Leimomi in sales, Jordan and Jr in management and Franky in tires! They all went above and beyond to help me get my special energy saving tires! It was quick efficient and affordable. I will definitely come back for all my tire needs. Mahalo for giving Aloha with your service

Everything went well. I got the check up which includes oil change (synthetic), tire rotation, and other check up. It was done in a little over an hour! Thank you!
