***UPDATE*** Since my 2 star review: 1.Lex Brodie's have explained to me why I was able to reserve the wrong tires. They also apologized for the customer service I received at the shop. 2. Updated their website so that reserving the wrong tires is not possible. 3. Made good efforts to contact me to come in and purchase the correct tires. In order to make a fair review, I did not go back via their sales rep. I waited a couple of weeks, made an online appointment for a safety check, alignment, and oil change. After waiting in line for about 10 mins, I was greeted and they pulled up my info. I asked if an alignment was recommended, we went over looked at my tires and was told that, "you definitely need new tires to pass the inspection and recommend alignment" . (On my first visit the rep told me my tires were fine. I did the penny test prior to my first visit and was confident that at least the front tires need to be replaced. I only drove about 120 miles since then). This rep helped me find the tires I wanted, gave me a quote for all the work, applied some coupons and told me my van would be ready at around 2pm. Overall I am happy with the end result. My van came back with some oil marks on the drives side door, probably just from the crew. I will probably be going back again in the future. Would have been 5 stars if there wasn't issues the first time around.
