Worse experience to date. The local lady with glasses was so rude. The other manager was a girl wearing a hat. I came in for a slow leak in one tire. 1st she said it was the stem. They replaced it. Then she said they found a new leak that thier Waipahu shop did. Waipahu plugged it. Now she said I may need a new tire. What a scam. Simple slow leak. I am very disappointed. As a disable veteran (USMC). To other veterans. Don't go to lex. They will scam and take advantage of you one way or the other.

Service was fast! And I was able to use my caveman dollars that covered the service. I will continue to go back to Lex Brodies

They were up front and kept me up to date and finished the job. The online appointment went smoothly.

Highly disappointed with my visit today. I called at 1:20 PM to see if they had an open slot for a safety inspection and they said someone had just canceled theirs and that if I could come right over, I could have that slot. 15 min later I showed up. But yet it took them another 3 1/2 hours before they finished the safety inspection, a task that should have taken 15 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied to and I'll never give my business to them again.

These guys know what they're doing. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. My car was ready earlier than they told me too!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE On October 10, 2019, about 5P, I noticed that my brakes lights were stuck in the 'on' position. I panicked thinking I didn't have much time to try to find help before the service stations closed. I drove over to a service station on Waialae but was told that all the mechanics were gone for the day. I quickly googled the hours for Lex Brodie's on Queen street and was so happy to see they closed at 6P. Upon arriving at Lex Brodie's, I asked the young gal, who met me with a smile, if she could help me. After I explained the problem, she asked for my keys, called over to a mechanic and they went to take a look at my car. In the meantime, another mechanic asked what was wrong and when I told him, he reassured me that it was a very easy fix. And he was absolutely right because the girl and mechanic gave me a 'thumbs up' that the problem was taken care of!! I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told it was 'no charge'. I couldn't believe how kind they both were. I'm VERY sorry I did not get their names as they certainly need to be commended. I do take my car their for servicing but I hadn't mentioned that to the girl. In my mind, they helped a 'total' stranger and did so with kind and generous hearts. Mahalo to you both, for your true Aloha Spirit!!
