During these times I try my best to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, however this particular visit i can't help bit feel taken advantage of. I called the shop in an attempt to get a few problems taken care of at once. I needed an oil change, tire pressure lights examined, as well as a safety check. The shop called an hour after dropping off the car to inform me that my sensors needed to be replaced. Typically, the pressure in my rear passenger tire had shown lower than the others, so I assumed it was an issue with that specific tire. I took the shop at its word and replaced ALL four sensors. I begrudgingly agreed. 2 hours later they called and told me that my car was ready for pick up. Because of covid I opted to not only to rent a bike there, but also to return to the shop on a rental bike as well. Each ride taking an hour respectively. Once I got back I signed a receipt and was on my way. It was only after I was home that I realized my car had failed the safety check for some damage to my rear passenger brake light, which I was already aware of. The shop could have informed me of the fail-able damage the first time they called, or upon me picking up the vehicle, but on both occasions they did not. I will now have to schedule yet another appointment and safety check for what I feel like could have been handled in a single day. I dont plan on returning to lex brodies , and hope you consider this review before booking your own appointment.
