I needed to have two of my tires changed and was very pleased with the customer service at Lex Brodie's Kalihi. Brooke who is the assistant manager, assisted me and she provided me multiple quotes and routes for me to consider. Another thing that was great was how quickly they were able to fit me in. I arrived at the shop on a Friday afternoon one hour before closing and I was able to drop off my vehicle the next day. Thank you Brooke and Lex Brodies for your great customer service and look forward to returning in the future.

Almost everyone I talk to, whether they're one of the people at the front for appointments, or the mechanics, is polite and friendly. In generally I don't expect great customer service when I go to have someone work on my car. The website is easy to use too to make appointments, and even bigger stuff (e.g., getting my tires changed) don't take as long as the competitors. It's a little farther than where I used to go (I live like a block away from a place) but I'll be going here from now on, it definitely leaves you in a better mood when you get to work with nice people. The only negative is that things tend to be more expensive than other places, at least from what I've seen, by a small margin (like $10-$20 on a $150 service)
