I am happy with doing the online appt. When I arrived for my 11am appt, I was taken care of immediately. Since Pearlridge Shopping Ctr is across the street, I just walked over to one of the closest stores, Bed Bath & Beyond & did some shopping. When I returned, I did not have to wait very long before my car was ready. I was happy with the "no charge" for my tire rotation & balancing.

Great staff. I liked how you changed the service to be COVID friendly and had it like a "drive-thru" service and had the customers sit in the car while being serviced. You thought about the customers first!

I had my oil changed, wheel alignment and tire rotation. I assume that the oil change included and check of my tires. My tire pressure was 30,30,31, 28. The technician that took care of my care said that all services were done. We had to put air in all 4 tires up to 35 tire pressure. This makes me think other services were not performed with my oil change. I hope not. You customer care rep said that all tires were normally filled to 32 by Lex Brodie technicians so that when the car is run, the tire pressure will go up. He was convinced it was done without verifying the tire pressure. Not good customer service. I have always been satisfied with your service in the past. Please correct this situation so other customers don't feel the same as me.

Appreciated the ease of setting up an appointment within a reasonable time frame. The customer service was quick and efficient, yet friendly. And I like it when they do minor side repairs and have minor or no charge.

Online appointment works great, pick up the car with 2 hours. Efficient and helpful as always.

2 YEARS AGO I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO LEX BRODIE WAIPAHU - THE MECHANIC WHO TOLD ME THAT MY CAR WOULD NOT PASS SAFETY CHECK SAID THAT A CERTAIN REPAIR WORK HAD TO BE DONE - I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THE WORK WAS NOT NECESSARY - I SOLD MY PICKUP TRUCK AT A CONSIDERABLE LOSS TO COME UP THE MONEY PAY FOR THE REPAIRS - I WAS LATER TOLD THAT THE REPAIR WAS NOT REQUIRED THAT IT WOULD PASS SAFETY CHECK - IT THEN CAME TO ME THAT THIS MECHANIC WAS THE SAME MECHANIC THAT ONCE WORKED FOR MIDAS MUFFLER WAIPAHU - I FIND MYSELF DISAPPOINTED BY THE LIES AND THE DECEPTION WHICH COST ME MY TRUCK - I HAVE SINCE NOTIFIED OTHERS CLOSE TO ME ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE - QUESTION IS THIS THE WAY LEX BRODIW TREATS SENIOR CITIZENS
