I had a screw in one of my tires and had scheduled an appointment to get the tire fixed. It took nearly 2 hours to get the tire fixed. I still gave them a 4 because the lobby area was comfortable with a chair, a desk area, a spot to plug in and free wifi. I felt safe as everything was well spread out. I didn't use the wifi but there's a sign with all the info there. The staff were all very nice. I was able to answer emails and get some work done without being bothered. So the nearly 2 hours were good productive hours. Happy Holidays, Lex Brodie gang!!

Called for my tire a rotation & balance at 1:30... a spot was open at 2:30, said I'd be there Arrived at 2:20 and checked in, went inside......... at 2: 45 I was Leaving .... THANK "YOU" VERY MUCH !!!!

Let me tell you i came here a couples times, this past time .. I tell you such awesome people the receptionist that helped me this past time was so awesome and kind. And i must say FRANKIE who went above and beyond to help me im sure everyone here is awesome but these two i had the pleasure of being helped by this visit were above amd beyond first class people. Thank you very much. And for FRANKIE for making sure he did all he could to help me. He really shared the ALOHA spirit and made me feel taken care of . And the kind and helpful receptionist along with him made me FEEL VERY WELCOMED. Thank you. Will be back. They deserve a raise and lunch!!

Time fir new battery in my bmw and of course it has to be a special order but the guys there knew exactly the one. Hard to find though. Up and running in one day. Will be back for more service.

I took my car into the dealership for a quick safety check only to find out that I needed $3,000 in repairs. They said I needed to turn the rotors on the front brakes, new brake pads, two new lower control arms on the front end (which is a 5 1/2 hour job that cost over $2,000), and new shocks on the rear end. Needless to say I was a little shocked since the car passed inspection last year and I only put about 5,000 miles on it over the past 12 months due to Covid-19. I told them to put it back together and I will take it somewhere else. I drove over to Lex Brodie's in Waipahu and talked to a service representative named Koa. He quoted me a price and gave me a military discount that was $500 cheaper than the dealership. I gave him the keys on Wednesday afternoon and he had my car back to me by Thursday morning. I have to admit that spending $2,500 on car repairs right before Christmas was a tough pill to swallow, but Koa bent over backwards to help me out. For that reason I highly recommend Lex Brodies's Waipahu, and they earned all of my future business when it comes to car repairs. Thank you, Tom Bell

After many years of getting my tires from Costco and hustling to order tires and get tire rotation appointments it was such a reprieve to easily get in and out at Lex Brodie’s Waipahu.
