First I want to mahalo Gerard and his crew at Lex Brodie. They were the light at the end of the tunnel for such a long and painful day. Back in October I bought brand new tires from a shop by the airport. Since that day I've had to return to them 3 times to get the balancing right. Today's unsuccessful attempt was 4 hours. On my way back to Kaneohe, I decided to see if Lex Brodie's could help me (since they did my alignment). Gerard took one look at the situation and without flinching, my vehicle was on the lift and being looked at by his team. Within 10min they were done. Gerard even told me to take it for a test drive to make sure they did it right. These guys have all my future business. Tough lesson learned today, but now I know. Helpful and friendly staff. They were able to diagnose and fix the problen well before the end of the day. They continued to keep me updated and kept calling to speak with me during and after the work was done when i could not answer. I also appreciate the use of OEM parts. Keep up the good work!
