Always happy with the work at Lex Brodie’s

My first time at Lex Brodie's Tire Company getting an oil change and my rear brakes fixed. The experience was excellent. I cannot complain. I was told the process of communication between shop and myself and that worked out well. I was quoted X price and I was pleased to see that the out the door price was less than X. I found some coupons but they had already been applied which was a nice touch. I had no problems whatsoever and that's how I like it. Straight up, concise and accurate. Thanks!

Very efficient and very courteous

I brought my car in for a maintenance service. Brake fluid flush service. They were busy when I checked in my vehicle. The service associates here are very attentive and seems like they were helping each other out to assist customers that are checking in their vehicles. You will not wait for over a minute before their associate acknowledged you. The maintenance service took around 3 hours, which is pretty fast. They also gave me 10% discount for making an appointment. The best part was, they also cleaned the wheels of my car. These touches are what makes their customer comes back. No wonder that they have great reviews on Yelp. Thank you and keep up the good work Lex Brodies.

Service was OK. Came in for safety check but requested that tire pressure, fluids, battery and brakes be checked also - these were all done at no extra charge. Cashier/customer service clerk was very good - friendly & efficient. Service advisor did not acknowledge me although I was standing by the service counter for at least 5 minutes. I finally went up to him after he finished typing in his laptop and asked if I should go inside to see the cashier to check in my vehicle for service. He said she could help me (he did not even ask about my car). If the service supervisor is not responsible for checking in cars perhaps you should post a sign so customers can go straight into the office to check in. Such a waste of time!
