I bought a new battery at Lex Brodie's about a year ago. Because of the pandemic I have not used my car much for maybe 6 months. The battery wore down and finally I couldn't jump start it anymore. I took it out and back to Lex Brodie's. Gerard was super helpful and they gave me a new battery. I am very pleased with their attitude and willingness to help. FIVE STARS!!

My appointment was for 7am with pickup at 12:00. When I checked in I was asked if I wanted to wait there. Wait would be til abt 10:30. To my surprise my car was ready by 8:30. Many thanks for such timely service. As a senior with walking problems I had been worried about what/how to fill the wait time. Much mahalo.

They were able to fit my vehicle in for state inspection even though they were booked the whole day. Great service!

Fast service and friendly workers. Had an unexpected flat tire and they were able to fix it quickly. Will definitely go back anytime I need to!

Lex Brodie's is a little bit pricey, but they work with you (especially during trying times right now with COVID-19). Kevin Proctor helped me at the Queens location, and he made my entire experience nothing but awesome. He has a great personality, he cares, and he takes the time to explain all that is being done to your car, along with answer all of your questions. I am very grateful for him, and all in all had a positive experience here. Thank you, Kevin!

Always amazing work from the people at this Lex! My family gets all of our cars serviced here. Today my dad went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Lolani and Leialoha serviced his car this morning. He was taken in a little earlier than his appointment time and it was fast and easy.

One day when I noticed the head of a giant construction screw sticking out of my quickly-deflating tire, I had pretty much accepted that I'd need to drop a lot of money on a new one. After getting the spare on, I called Lex Brodie's and explained my situation to Marcelo, who was very kind and said if I walked in and asked for him, he would take a look at it. 30 minutes later, I'm at the shop speaking with Marcelo, and he says he'll try his best to patch the tire- but no promises. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I was 100% expecting Marcelo to approach me again and say I needed to replace the tire. To my complete and utter surprise, he instead comes up to me and places the monstrous screw in my hand with a grin. He tells me that he was able to patch my tire and I was free to go after I signed one single paper. No charge whatsoever. I couldn't believe it. A few weeks have passed and my tire is still in good shape. I'm extremely grateful for the kindness of Marcelo and the rest of the staff. This was my first visit to Lex Brodie's, and I had such a great experience that I will definitely be back

They were able to service my car quickly. I was expecting my car needed all four brake pads replaced and they guided me that only 2 were required, saving me $$$!
