We see you had a 2pm appointment on 9/9/20 for a safety check, which was billed out after completion at 2:34 (a light needed to be changed as well). 34 minutes from appointment time to being billed out (our online appointment tool recommends to budget up to 1 1/2 hours - but our goal is ASAP!! Thus, it doesn't seem the waiting time should be the issue, we it can be from time to time with safety inspections getting backed up.)
