Been going to Lex Brodie's for decades. Nothing has changed. Still great service. I went for a safety check, sW how many cars were there and was told it might be an hour. Within 15 minutes it was done. Fantastic.

Had a slow leak on front tire. They took it in right away and found a nail in the tire, Tire was fixed and NO Charge! Great service.

Staffs are very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend everyone to use their service.

Don't go there if you want to keep a schedule or are limited on time. I understand that things run long or start late sometimes. I don't understand getting two text messages confirming my appointment at 9 AM and when I get there (at 9am) then sit in the waiting area for an hour and no one has even started on my truck. If you know you're running behind, would it hurt to send a updated text to your customers so they don't waste their valuable time sitting in your waiting room? I give this place one star. The only reason why there's two stars is because I've had good experiences with Lex Brodie's in other locations. This one not so good. Unfriendly, unprofessional. Make sure you clear your schedule before going there!

I forgot to update tho review. I believe I spoke to the GM immediately after my first visit & he offered me a free oil change the very next day I was in an out in about 15 mins. I appreciate the help this shop showed me.

5 star review. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and was taken care of very quickly. My price was very fair and even better than what was quoted over the phone for a tire plug from a screw in the tire. I had forgotten to give them the the tire lock and they called and were very nice regarding my faux pas. Had two different visits in course of a month. One for a safety check. They were fast and friendly and explained the process well. Second time was for a nail in the tire situation of which hey triaged and repaired in around 40 min with a last second appointment. If your in a bind with either a safety check, or a tire issue, these guys got you.
