last minute appointment due to a flat (slow leak) tire, it was worked on and completed sooner than expected after dropping off the vehicle. we weren't in a rush to get it back but it was appreciated that it was taken cared of in a timely matter. awesome!

Aloha to the Aiea Staff, Outstanding service. Highly recommended, my to go place. My car displayed all my tires with low tire pressure while driving to work. I went straight to Lex Brodie in Aiea. The staff was able to check and fix my tires in less than 30 minutes. Awesome job!! Also, they didn't charge me for their service. I had to ask the gentleman again how much and he replied no charge. Many thanks and aloha goes out to the staff. I am truely greatful. They will be blessed as they examplify the true Aloha spirit during this COVID-19 pandemic. Mahalo nui loa. Michele H.

Great. I made an appointment but dropped my car off early. By the time I got out of my car with my mask on, someone greeted me (outside), took my paperwork & keys and got me checked in. The safety check was done quickly and I picked up my car without problem. The staff was helpful and friendly

I had an appointment at 0900 am and waited in the lounge. The tires I replaced were as always excellent, but sad to say I was disappointed in the fact that it took over 4 hours for my vehicle to be completed. I waited in the lounge area for 2 hours and then on the third hour I noticed my vehicle parked outside with the new tires on, I waited for another hour before a customer service rep came up to me. Once I asked about my vehicle, I still ended up waiting another 15 minutes before they completed the wheel alignment. Although I was given an apology for the delay, I was not given an explanation on why it took over 4 hours. Although my past experiences with Lex Brodie had been great this was not their best moment.

I went in for a tire blowout service for my Kia Soul. Got my passenger front tire replaced and the person who helped me I think her name was Mandy or Brandy. She was working the front counter and really provided exceptional customer service. I love this place for all my car needs. To me this place is the next best place to be in other than my church. They are honest, friendly and prompt. Took less than an hour and I was a walk in not a scheduled appointment. Thanks for making me a priority Lex Brodie. Also thank you Mandy or Brandy. Sorry I don’t remember your name. I will be back for sure for the other related services you recommenced to me
