I went to purchase a front tire and get a front end alinement. As soon as I got there they greeted me and started looking at my car. Great, Friendly and fast service. They recommended I get the other front tire changed too due to some wear. I also had a screw in my back tire that they repaired. The waiting room was empty & I got to watch anything I wanted to on the tv. 2 hours in a very cool room and they were finished. The job & friendly service was fantastic & I would & will recommend them to all my friends. Mahalo VERY MUCH to the crew at Lex Brodies Tire Co...!!!

Service was above expectations. I arrived early, was greeted immediately, and checked-in for tire rotations, and also asked for wheel alignment check. I would wait for the vehicle, and took a walk to City Mill which is just up the street from Lex Brodie's Kaneohe location. While I was shoppping, manager called to tell me the conditions of the tires and rotation would not be a good idea at this time as there was wear on the inside shoulder of the tires, probably because of alignment conditions. I concurred. Manager called a little later to inform me that an alignment of the tires is needed and would I want the 6-month plan or the 2-year plan. I took the 2-year plan as I intent to keep my vehicle for a long time. With all the events happening, I was very happy that the manager kept me informed, and the vehicle was ready a little earlier than promised. Payment was handled quickly and, due to coronavirus, cashier counter has separate cups for sanitized pens and used pens. Very, very happy with Lex Brodie's.

The front office staff were very helpful. They explained the issues with the vehicle and outlined the reasonable cost. We have been utilizing Lex Brodies in Waipahu for over 20 years, although we live in Makakilo and it’s because of the people there, exceptional service and reasonable prices.

Don't know who I spoke to but by far the rudest receptionist on the planet!!! She hung up on me after I was just inquiring about getting my car aligned. I've gone here many times before to get my car serviced but after this experience, I'll be looking to go somewhere else. So sad
