I haven't been to a Lex Brodie's in a few years, and I think that's going to change. I know their prices are higher on tires, but I'll try to give them my business if it doesn't break the bank because of this experience. In January I put new tires on my car, at another tire shop. The day after I get a nail in one, I plug the nail and move on. A few months later I get a slow leak in the tire. My mechanic was unable to find it, so he suggested putting some sealant in it and it would do the trick. I was skeptical, but it did indeed work for a few months. The tires for my car are fairly expensive because of a weird rim size, so I was trying to do whatever I could to avoid shelling out another $300 per tire after I had just already done so. The leak comes back, and I can't figure it out. Another local auto shop has no clue. Lex Brodie's was my last resort. I called and got an appointment for the following morning. I dropped the tire off and it was done in about 2.5 hours. They were able to asses it figure out where the leak was coming from, and patch the tire from the inside. They were able to figure out something that no one else could. I was shocked and relieved. From the first phone call, to picking up the tire the staff was extremely friendly, and courteous. They work quick, and seem to be pretty honest. Junior and the crew are doing it right. It might cost a bit more, but I'll try and patronize LB when I can.

They broke my tire pressure sensor. Also had tires rotated without 2 tire pressure caps put back on and tires were deflated to 15 psi.

Required to replace 4 tires due to safety issue. However, they never replaced, changed or checked my spare tire. Why is that? Now I am stucked with an old one. They should have replaced it with one of the tires they replaced if the spare tire is also bad. What do you think?

Even in the current covid pandemic i felt that the staff conducted themselves in a safe and helpful manner. Thank you for the great service that i always get from the Kaneohe store.

I had an appointment for service on Sunday 7/26 at 9am. Unfortunately, we were under a hurricane warning that day when I came in to drop off my car and Lex Brodie’s was closed. I called the following week to reschedule my appointment and Cooper the manager was very understanding and helped me reschedule my appointment. The service was great and efficient. I travel from town to Waianae frequently and need reliability in my car. I appreciate the friendly and dedicated service of the HONOLULU location. I almost always have my car serviced and buy tires there. I recommend this location to many of my friends and family if they need new tires or service. As your logo says....thank you very much!

Queen St staff is always very professional and helpful. I didn't have my insurance card for a safety inspection and they helped me email my card to them. Always have a great experience.

For the past few years, I have been going to different shops for regular maintenance and safety checks. I’m always told that I should do this or that which after doing research, I’ve found out it’s again another shop trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting female. I decided to try Lex Brodie’s in Kalihi because they’re close to home for me and have been in business a long time. Finally, what a wonderful decision I had made. They were fast, reasonable and didn’t try to rip me off for anything. What a refreshing surprise! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend them to others.
