This is the first time I went somewhere and every single person that made eye contact with me, walked passed me, acknowledged that I was there and asked if I needed help. That was something I’ll never forget. I’ll be back again! Superior customer service.

Awesome customer service.

I had made a ac repair appointment last week, and was given a time frame of completion after drop-off from 10am-2pm. I was called maybe an hour after dropping off the car that my ac, condenser & compressor were in great shape, but the three belts needed to be replaced, which would be roughly $30-$40 per belt. Totally fine and understandable. I was told I would be called before or by 2pm, and yet was not called. I had to call at 2pm to verify the car was finished, and I could pick it up for a prior appointment I had at 3pm, but was then told that my condenser and compressor were not at all fine, and needed a total replacement. I was told that would cost over $700 for the condenser alone and another several hundred for the compressor. Wow! Feeling obligated to order this very expensive piece, I was told my ac would still not work and in order for them to release my car, I would need to put a full deposit down on the part since it needed to be delivered and I would have to wait another two weeks for a working ac. (Side note, do your research on certain parts since I could have ordered the same parts from other on-island car services for roughly $150 or less). I had to wait another hour as the Lex Brodie team needed to "wrap up" my car. Two and a half hours after the completion time I was guaranteed, I could pick up my car and be charged for work that would not result in a working ac and I had to cancel every single commitment planned for the day when I planned everything about this 10am-2pm window period. The only good shout-out I would like to give is to the representative I dealt with on the phone, Jada, who was fantastic and very empathetic, apologetic to the delays, confused messaging, and lackluster service I was given throughout the process. I never am one to use Yelp or even speak up to people working in the service industry, especially knowing how difficult it is during this pandemic as I, myself, am one of those workers, but I feel so mistreated and price gouged, when not is not the time to be swindling people with the lack of jobs, funds and savings. Once this work in complete on my car, I will likely never visit Lex Brodie again as I would not be able to afford it!

Been going to Lex Brodie’s in Waipahu for years and love them! Their services are amazing and convenient! Every time I do my oil change, they always check the entire car to make sure everything else is good. They are busy but always has EXCELLENT customer services! Ariel is so sweet and has huge patience which always takes the time to explain everything. Every time I talk to her, she relieves all my stress with her calm, sweet voice. All the workers are AMAZINGLY AWESOME!! All the workers work super hard and always always give 110% EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I always recommend that place to all my friends and family!!
