Been going to Lex Brodie’s in Waipahu for years and love them! Their services are amazing and convenient! Every time I do my oil change, they always check the entire car to make sure everything else is good. They are busy but always has EXCELLENT customer services! Ariel is so sweet and has huge patience which always takes the time to explain everything. Every time I talk to her, she relieves all my stress with her calm, sweet voice. All the workers are AMAZINGLY AWESOME!! All the workers work super hard and always always give 110% EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I always recommend that place to all my friends and family!! It’s a place where you can practically do everything all in one appointment! Absolutely love Alex Brodie’s in Waipahu!!! Mia & Mandy were a great help in my service! I booked an appointment originally for a service of 4 new tires but, they educated me that only 2 tires actually needed servicing, which saved me some money. I appreciate their honesty and great customer service. My service in general took about 2.5 hours but I didn't mind. The location is in a great area where the mall and food is in walking distance. I would 10/10 recommend anyone in need of new affordable tires to come to Lex Brodie's. I got 2 new ones but I drove off the lot with 4 squeaky clean tires (I've been fighting with those icky brown spots on my tires). Thank you all! The service is much appreciated :)

I tried Costco - their appointment procedure is confusing and disorganized. I went in person, and had to wait awhile only to be told they didn't have my size tire anywhere on the island! I tried Sears, where I have been before, but could not figure out how to speak to a human on the phone. My tires were BAD! I needed it fixed right away. It was very easy to make an appointment with Led Brodie and confirm they had what I needed. This was my first time. The Kakaako location is convenient, Ward Center is about 1/2 mile away so it is easy to kill time waiting. The only thing I don't like very much is you talk to an agent, and nothing is really explained to you. I guess that is big business. For the convenience and quick turn around, I will gladly go there again though!
