Came in to check my tires cause my check tire light came on and they were very helpful. They checked my four tires and put air in it and I was good to go . Very good customer service!!!!

I’ve been a regular customer for years, but yesterday was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Long story short the supervisor or whatever he is was totally rude to me, I almost can say that there were some sexist attitude and just down right rude- towards me. I’m a regular customer there and usually the guys are really nice and cordial. I think his name is Kyle? He tried all excuses not to service my car, but I was consistent. I will never go there again as long as he’s there Lima

Dropped off car in the morning for a safety check and repairs-as always, friendly and accommodating staff. Have used Lex Brodie for many years and was never disappointed.

As usual, honest and good service. I started taking our vehicles to Kaneohe Lex Brodies years ago and still make the drive into Kaneohe even after moving to town. I usually like to deal with Kyle; he is very friendly and honest, doesn't try to make me spend more money than necessary. He presents the facts and doesn't pressure. They also price match, so that's a plus. Will continue making the drive over to Kaneohe.

Whenever there's an issue, I'll take to Lex Brodie's. People are nice, knowledgeable and honest. I'd rather pay an honest person a few more dollars than try and go cheap with someone else. They carry on the tradition of Lex Brodie and I for one, am glad and will continue to patronage them.

Prompt scheduling of an appointment (same morning) made it easy for me to stop in and get a tire balanced and an alignment check. It would be easy to sell a customer an alignment if they come in with a front tire out if balance, but they balanced my tires for a very reasonable price and informed me my alignment was fine. The military discount was appreciated as well. I'll be back. Thank you.......very much!

Highly recommend this location. I read previous reviews and decided to give it a try. I booked online but accidentally picked the wrong tires. The manager offered to go pick them up at a different location very nice of him. I also needed to buy a spare tire since the one in my car wasn't working. He took a look at it and told me there was no need it was an easy fix. He repaired it for no additional cost. I was surprise since many shops like to take your money.
