Short and curt staff. Why did I make an online appointment if you can’t take my car until an hour later than my scheduled time? This is very unprofessional.

Please email us at [email protected] ; please send your invoice number and time we were able to complete your vehicle. We have a completion time promise that helps with a modest refund accommodation when we miss our targeted appointment. Please note: Our appointment tool shows our “Up To” waiting time that should be budgeted with appointment. Many services have the goal to be complete with in the hour, but our appointment tool recommends to budget “up to” 1 1/2 hours (this info is shown when making an online appointment and his confirmed in our appointment confirmation email). We have “Next Rack Up” program, this basically shares a previously taken vehicle may be still be being worked on, but the next appointment would be taken on the relevant rack for the next appointment vehicle. Due to the fact that delays can (and do happen), we ask for the up to 1 1/2 hours wait time. Please share this additional information and we will look into for you!
