I have been going to Lex Brodies since the dealer continually overcharged me for "routine" maintenance on my vehicle that I was never sure even needed to be done. I trust Lex Brodies to do only what I ask for and only what is needed. Today, although they were understaffed, they serviced my car as quickly as I expected and were very friendly and appreciative of my business. They made me feel like a valued customer.

Thankful the work got done. HOWEVER, after the fact, the first 2 replacements were the wrong tires for my vehicle. I was not told this until I had to replace the second two tires which was within 5 days from the first tires replacement. IN ADDITION, I was not informed of this issue until nearly 3 hours after I requested replacing the second 2 tires. The representative who took the order tor replace the second two tires should have informed this customer of the correction that needed to be done when at the onset of the order. THE RESULT: 4 correct sized tires were installed and a discount special for buying 4 tires was applied. Frustration of the customer could have been avoided. Actually additional discount should have been applied.
