I went to the Kaneohe Lex Brodie's this afternoon to fix a tire with a screw in it. I was hoping the puncture would be in a location that could be repaired, and was pleasantly surprised when I was told my tire was repaired. There are a lot of unscrupulous places out there that would say it wasn't fixable to try and sell me new tires, so I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of the associates at the Kaneohe location. It is very refreshing in today's business world.

First, I had to wait 3 hours to get tires installed. When car was done, they told me that they did not have the sizes in stock so they had to get them from another store, which is fine. But they didn't tell me that and I was sitting in the lounge the entire time! "Oh, no one told you?" NO. Not that big of a deal. However, when I got my car back, first, they had not inflated the new tires to the correct pressures. "Oh, they just assumed that the pressure was the same for all 4 tires." It's right there on the door jamb!. Isn't that part of being a tire installer? Also, my mirrors were all changed a lot as well as seat position and steering wheel all out of whack, the audio had been changed to put some New Christy Minstrel crap on there and someone had gone into my "Settings" and changed my turn signal setting. None of that needed to be touched to install tires so it had to have been done intentionally. Glad I won't see that place again.

Awesome service! I felt like everyone I spoke to actually cared and listened to what I had to say. I called inquiring about an issue I had after I got my AC fixed, and Darshell (I don’t know how to spell) on the phone was very accommodating and solved my problem. SUPER FAST SERVICE. By the time I went to UFC Gym down the street, all my repairs were done. I met with Jim in person to talk about my car issues and he was very helpful and explained everything in detail to me. Tiana was also very friendly and helpful when I was in the waiting room! I am super impressed with the level of service Lex Brodie’s has and definitely will be coming back if I run into any future issues!
