Made an appointment to have a safety check done. Dropped off my car and expected to leave within an hour but was told it would take between 1-2 hours! I should have said something but left upset. Got back to work and received a call, less than an hour after dropping it off, that my car was done. I could have stayed and waited for the car as I had planned instead of inconveniencing someone to pick me up and drop off at work. I used to bring my car here often and was very satisfied with their service but I won't be bringing my car here anymore!

Good, Quick service

I have been going to Lex Brodie's for over 50 years. All of the different service agents that helped me were excellent. You take your car in for a particular service, but then they find some other problem that needs to be fixed. I trust their mechanics in giving advice to repair the problem (not just to make money off you). I like their new service for a car loaner when they don't have the parts to fix my car right away. Tried to use my AAA card for discount; however, they already gave me a discount without the AAA card.

This location is the best ! I cannot stress that enough ! Seriously, they make you feel like family every single time! They know your name, even if it's been a long time since you visited. They don't try and take advantage of you and your (my) lack of car knowledge like a lot of places do, but the opposite. They help you get the best prices and exactly what your car actually needs. Every single staff member is exceptional and leaves you wanting to come in just to hangout with them, like can we be friends?! I went to this location for the first time over a year ago to get help with a tire problem that the Honda dealership and Costco caused (long story there) leaving me with a pricey bill and a broken lug nut. Lex Brodie's Pearlridge fixed everything for me and didn't even charge me! At all! For Honda's and Costco's mess up ! And since then I knew that those were my people and the ones that I could trust! I heard that getting all of your car's maintenance done at the dealership would be better when trying to resell (is that true?) but having the amazing experience at lex Brodie's Pearlridge that I did how could you ever go somewhere else?! Since then anything car related you can find me there with my lex Brodie's Ohana ! Highly highly highly recommended!

I just love love it here. As always, everyone was just as awesome. Lei, always make sure you're taken care of. She seems to have the right, rather the best answer when it comes to complex questions. The quality of the work is always of the highest and done in a timely manner. I applaud you people. I will be back! Gotta do the brakes 😕
