Lex Brodie’s never disappoints. It’s my absolute go-to place for any and everything (well almost everything) to do with tires. The people are knowledgeable, servicing is efficient, and the wait time is more than bearable. I don’t know why I’d go anywhere else.

I was out of town & my husband informed my safety check sticker expired. I called a place we buy tires from but they weren’t doing inspections so I called Lex Brodie’s, my friend’s favorite car shop. BJ told me if I could leave my car they would do it by the end of the day (6 pm). I was surprised when my car was done at 9:30 am. While there, I witnessed the manager handling a complaint—he was so calm & even gave the customer a discount when he didn’t have to in my opinion. I liked the staff & service and plan to return for other services in the future.

Called for an appointment to have one tire changed, customer service was efficient they had my tire at another location and made sure my tire was available for me the next day. Lex brodie Serviced my tire and the technician brought to my attention another problem that needed to be fix soon. I am thankful for that. Thank you

As usual, the most amazing customer service, even when I arrived with a flat tire with a nail in it and no appointment. Still out in 20 minutes without a charge. No one can beat that.
