Had gone to other tire service companies , who were not able to get the type/size of tire for my dodge city van. Thought I would be stuck buying the tires from the dodge dealership . Called Lex Brodies , not only did they have the right tire size they had 3 different brand quality to choose from. Service excellent job completed in less than 2 hrs as promised changing tires and checking alignment. They are still maintaining the quality of service that we come to appreciate from Lex Brodies " Thank you very much"

Made an 8:00 am appointment at the Kaneohe on a Saturday for tire rotation service per sticker reminder, and scheduled A/C service. All service completed by 11:00 am. I've been going to Lex Brodie's since college and have been a loyal customer since! The techs forgot to put reminder sticker for future date of tire rotation, but no biggie. Always great service!

When I had to have my car towed at the end of the day the helpful guys at Lex Brodies made time to check it and give me an idea of what to expect repair wise. They called me the next day with a quote and it was fixed by lunchtime. I have never had to be towed anywhere before and these guys made me feel welcome, educated in what my issues could be, and so fast/efficient. Highly recommend!

I had the greatest experience with Gerald's Team. They communicate very well , friendly and very knowledgeable. He personally called me to let me know the price of the tire to get my approval to move forward. I am grateful that I have Team Gerald managing my Audi needs!

Friendly, calm staff. All are always helpful there, on this visit Sela was especially helpful, knowledgeable and calm. Another time it was quite hectic and Sela especially was very efficient and calm.

Had an appointment for safety check, but waited 2 hours. They were obviously busy. I caught up with a high school classmate that I haven’t seen in > 20 years, so the wait wasn’t too bad. My service agent apologized for the wait, and comped the safety check without me asking. I really do appreciate it because I bring both my personal and business vehicles to this Lex Brodie’s location.
