Customer service is usually very good. Very disappointed yesterday. Booked early appointment (7:00 a.m.,) purchased 4 tires. Was told this would take approximately 3 hours. After 5 hours passed, called to check on status. Was informed that my tires were not in stock and driver had to pick them up (booked this appt a week in advance.) Car finally ready about 3p.m. Picked car up at 3:30, rims were filthy. You would hope that workers would care and take pride in their work, not leave their grease marks on rims. Made sure Jim was made aware of dirty rims. I could not wait as I did not want to be late for my 4:15 appt. Jim was apologetic and explained that someone took my tires out of inventory even if he had reserved it a week in advance. Need for better procedures.
