Lex Brodie's has helped me out of a jam twice now! Yesterday my low tire pressure light came on in the pouring rain and I was worried I had a leak or worse. Took it in and they checked all my tires and just refilled the air -- at no charge! THANK YOU...VERY MUCH! A while back, we had a flat on the way to work. Took it to a shop near home but they suggested we replace the entire tire versus patch, and that both front tires need to be replaced anyway. So we decided to just go to Lex Brodie's. We weren't quite sure where to go, but there was a spot to pull up between the cars so I did. Got out and ran into a guy with the red Lex shirt. Asked him if I need to pull up to the front or if I can leave the car there. He just came over and started helping me immediately. AWESOME! Went through different tires, programs, the rewards stuff (showed him the VIP thing Scott gave us at the meeting, too). When we were all set he walked me over to the computer to sign up for the rewards program, gave me his card (Eddie Pagelsdorf) and let me know he'd call when ready. Got a call about 1.5 hrs later to check in and let me know my brake pads were worn to basically metal on metal (YIKES). Eddie went through the pricing and flush and gave me new rate. I approved. Eddie said he'd call when they're done and the car is ready. Missed the call when the car was ready about 330p, but called back a little after 4p and they said just come on down. When I got there all of the employees were very helpful and making sure someone had helped me. Paid the bill while Eddie drove the car to the front. Pretty smooth operation!

I am writing this review because I feel that people who care and do a great job need recognition. So many times we go about our day only complaining about the bad things that happened to us and we fail to acknowledge the good things that happen to us. Well I would like to say that I am very picky about my car and will not let anyone touch my car except the manager Gerard and his team at Kaneohe Lex Brodie. I have been taking my cars to them for along time and have never been disappointed. The manager Gerard is the friendliest, honest and most knowledgeable managers that I have ever worked with. I have total trust in him and his team. One time he got transferred to a different location and since he is the only person I trust with my car, I had to follow him to the town store. Because I live in Kaneohe, I hope that he never transfers to another location again because it is so convenient for me to take my cars to my own neighborhood verses to another location. I also recommend to all of my friends and family to see Gerard at Lex Bodies in Kaneohe for the best service in town. If you have not tired them, I highly recommend you trying them out. Ask for Gerard, he will take care of you.
