My dealer's service rep told me that my brakes and tires needed to be changed soon because they were worn close to the point where they would not pass a State Safety Inspection. I bought my car to Lex Brodie's and within a couple of hours, Kevin called me to say that the brakes and tires were fine and had ample wear left. Thank you, Kevin, for your honesty! I'll trust my car service with Lex Brodie's from here on and will be back later when my car really needs new brakes and tires.

Took my vehicle in due to a flat tire. A young customer in front of me was unsure of what she was suppose to do, but the Lex Brodie's worker asked her appropriate questions and explained to her what they would be doing. He was patient with her and helped her through the processes. I waited for my vehicle to be fixed and after being told that my vehicle was ready, the Lex Brodie worker observed that a customer had been in the waiting room for awhile and asked them what their vehicle was being serviced for. I was impressed be their great customer service.
