People at the service desk very helpful.

This was only my second visit to a Lex Brodie's location. There was a nail or screw in one of my tires. Good: Employees were friendly, and there's an air-conditioned waiting lobby. Not so good: I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours but it took 2. My tires are high-performance low profile tires (proper inflation is important) and they were not inflated to manufacturer's specs. (They should take the time to read the label on the door.)

I was able to make an appointment online with just one day’s notice. Service was completed as agreed and staff was friendly. They seemed a little short-staffed, so I did have a short wait while dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I think this was the result of it being a Sunday, and wasn’t a significant inconvenience.

Customer service by the two ladies at the front desk were awesome. They were very friendly and had a positive attitude!

Excellent customer service both on phone and at establishment. Had to wait longer than expected due to unexpected extra work needing to be done. Appears manager considered my explanation and opted to negotiate price on extra work. Much appreciated.
