I was favorably impressed with Jack "Base" who took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car (which was plenty.) Granted. it is the service which, in the 45 years we have lived in the islands, we have come to expect from Lex Brodie. The people who took care of us were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Me and my wife learned a bit of tire speed ratings and all about your tire services from your knowledgeable staff. Even though we had no appointment and came in sort of late, our car had all four tires replaced before closing time. Mahalo for all your kokua and compliments to your top-notched customer service.

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Honest, skillful and they deliver the highest level of professional service here! I came to Lex Brodie's (LB) on my first visit because AAA recommended them. I was convinced to believe that I needed a new bracket for my battery so when I went to Lex Brodie's and found out I didn't need one I was surprised. I asked the question after my battery was replaced and Freddie reassured me that it was not necessary. He was extremely patient and professional in explaining and showing me under the hood that it was not needed. Mahalo for checking and not replacing something I did not need. My next visit to LB was due to a slow leak in my tire. I went back to the place where I purchased my tires and they did not inspect my tire but quickly came to the conclusion that I really just needed to purchase a tire instead. Really. So I asked if they could patch or plug the leak, the answer was no. Lex Brodie's immediately came into mind. So I drove in got an appointment. Mandee was so nice and very professional and explained the process of what they were going to do which was inspect the tire first. The tire was repaired and they discovered a problem with another tire and fixed it as well. On top of that there was no charge, it was free! Thank you very much to Mandee for awesome customer service and the mechanics for their technical skill! I will continue to have my car serviced here because they are honest, reliable, and deliver the highest level of customer service and skillful professional work! It's the end of a long workday and we have to pick up our car only to face a long line of customer pick-ups. All the employees are hustling to get the customers serviced and out the door. Our standout was Maile O! Super patient, super courteous, super efficient! Lex Brodie, you have an awesome team. They help each other out to service the customers and have super awesome positive attitudes towards everyone. Would've given 5 stars except there was no valve stem cap on one of our tires and all the rest were loose.

Noticed wife's back tire basically around 4:30. Luckily Lex Brodies was still open and able to put two new tires on the rear. Both were worn, so I asked to have them replaced, not them suggesting it. Came out to $225 installed. Everyone I interacted was very nice and helpful, and I think I got a good deal on the tires. Most of all, I left with the peace of mind that my wife could drive safely down the road and not be stranded at the most inopportune time.
