I usually take my two vehicles for tires and repairs and usually the service is great, but the last time i have used their service, I had a very bad experience and unhappy cause things are changing with their customer service. Here's how my experience went: I needed noise inspection and oil change and called to make an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. A staff answers, takes my name and number and tells me she will have to call me back cause she is a bit busy but she will call me back in a few. So I gave her my name and number and waited till the end of the day, no call back. After getting off work, I called back to see what's going on, the store was closed. So, I waited for the next day thinking I may get a call back but again, I waited till the end of the day and after work, I called and again, store is already closed. So, I waited to the next day and called to ask if I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and the staff says they only have Monday available. So, I told her my experience a couple days ago and have been waiting for someone to call me back for the appointment, and now I have to wait till Monday. I was frustrated so asked to speak with the store manager. He apologized and told me to just bring the car down and they will service my vehicle. I waited 3 and a half hours for the oil change and the noise inspection, which they did not do any service with, because I drove the car home with the car still making the same noise. Very upsetting I don't want to say no more........
