I was in need of run-flat tires for my BMW quick. I called all lot of places and they didn't work on run-flats. I called BMW and never could get a hold of any service personnels. So I Yelped, "run-flat service on oahu" and first result that showed up was Lex Brodies Aiea. I gave them a call, guy on the phone was very helped full and gave me my choices of tires on the phone. I could of made an appointment, but was unsure due to work so the guy told me to just stop by. So I stopped by the next day and was greeted by Chelsie at the counter. She was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tires I wanted were not in Stock so I had to buy the more expensive ones which i didnt mind. I wasn't planning to keep the stock wheels for long because I was buying new rims so cheap tires was what I planned to get. Knowing the situation, Chelsie went out of her way to give me a VIP discount and got my total cost to almost the same as if I were to buy the cheaper tires. I was very happy about that. She estimates about three hours of wait time due to high volume of customers, but I was out there by 2.5 hours. Overall I was very happy with the service that I got and will return to buy more tires with them, especially when I get my new wheels. Thanks again for the great service.

I have always found the staff to be cheerful, courteous, and skilled in providing tire replacement service. Friends will often tell me to go to such-and-such big box for tires, but I always say that when I want tires I go to a tire replacement/service specialist. The tires may be the same as the big boxes, but its the good people at Lex Brodie's with their long-term commitment to keeping me on the road which keeps me coming back.

The woman who checked me in and helped me pick out the tires for my car was excellent. Although this Lex Brodie's location was busy when I walked in with people in line and the phones ringing, she was curteous, friendly and professional.

Awesome service! The mechanic went above and beyond what was expected, without over charging anything. Receptionist Lei was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on explaining the problems with my car. I highly recommend Lex Brodie's Waipahu!!

Did have to wait for a while at counter to be acknowledged. After work was complete and making payment, had to ask about guarantee of tires. After which sales rep told of rewards program.
