Went last week but was super crowded. Staff suggested booking an online appointment, which I did for this week Saturday. Came this morning for my 9:30 appointment, wasn't in the garage workflow but it showed that I did book online. Had choke cars but Lei got me in. Took an hour and half for tire rotation, balance and alignment. I went across the street, had breakfast, came back, watched basketball in the waiting area for a bit, and car was done. Good experience at the shop, and I really appreciate the email reminders that 1) service is due on my vehicle, and 2) after I booked online, I got reminder confirmations. For me, that helps.

Last night I made an appointment via the Lex Brodie website for a safety inspection this morning. The process of booking an appointment online was super smooth and simple and I received a reminder e-mail, along with a coupon (which was not applicable to what I was having done), soon after. I arrived at Lex Brodie a few minutes early to check in and was told that it'd be about an hour. That seemed fine at the time because I wanted to check out the furniture store next door, anyway. I left and returned around 11:00, then waited in their waiting area (which is pretty spacious and has a TV) for the rest of the expected time. After an hour came and went, I walked over to check on the status and the employee told me they were just finishing up, took my payment, and I waited another few minutes for the guy to come back in and send me on my way. All in all, it took about 90 minutes. After I left, I was thinking about it... If I made an appointment for 10:30, shouldn't they start the requested service very soon after I arrive? I've had several safety inspections done in the past (typically with Jiffy Lube) and it's really fast. I'd say definitely less than 15 minutes. So...why 90 minutes for me? I could understand if I was a walk-in but I wasn't. To sum it up: 1 star for the ease of making an appointment online.1 star for the polite and friendly employees. 1 star because my safety inspection is done and I have my sticker. 2 stars off for the length of time it took and that it doesn't seem that they took my scheduled appointment into account.

Back in December last year, stopped by at your Waipahu location to fill in air on my rear, passenger side tire. It took quite a while for your worker to fill in the correct amount of air as it was really low. He suggested that we come back to have that tire checked. So, on December 7th, made an appointment to have that tire checked. My daughter took it in for me and she told me that they found a "nail" in that tire which they took out, patched, and filled with more air. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new tire. Not only did I not have to purchase a tire, my daughter told me that there was no "charge" for that service!!! There was also no charge for that first visit where it took you worker a "while" to fill it with air!!!:):):)

Dropped my car off a little before 9:00 appt for a safety check. As I was having breakfast at a nearby shop, I received a call at 9:06 that my car was ready! I walked back, paid, and my car was delivered to me. Such such excellent service!

I delivered a flat tire to be patched and left for work. I got a quick call saying there is a gash in the tire. There were able to text me pictures. The new tire was put on quickly at a reasonable price. nice friendly service and patient.
